Lack of basic toiletries like single use toothbrush set. Took 30 mins on the Hoppa bus from Terminal 3 to the hotel despite the apparent short direct distance from the airport, the hotel is practically the last stop on the route. Ok for overnight stay on a stopover.

Heathrow T2機場巴士🚌去灑店，英磅6.8 每位 仲係有family plan. 方便大行李人仕 不需要call XL 車接送 省錢 在T2  underground Hoppo bus stop, [number 10 ]尾站 仲有其他酒店路線 有QR code 可以參考購票及時間表 設施簡單及其他相關有質素商務趕時間都不錯

這是我們第二天住這裡。酒店每半小時有通往機場的巴士，門口有通往機場和巴士總站（地鐵也在這裡）的公交車，很方便。早餐豐富，晚餐吃的人挺多，應該挺好。前台姑娘們非常熱情，工作認真，專業負責。我特別想感謝前台的JUNA小姐。我們因為行李遇到了一些問題，她非常積極得想辦法幫我們解決好！非常溫馨。下次來倫敦還會住這裡。

地理位置方便，周邊安靜，服務很好，停車場的管理人員很友愛，因為車比較大，停車位比較窄，大哥主動給了一個比較寬的位置給我們停車。。。房間乾淨整潔，早餐很好。。。

Booked this because we had an almost 12 hour overlay in London. The hotel is close to Heathrow Terminal 3. Staff was nice, but gave too much explanation, we only wanted to check in and go to sleep because we only had around 5 hours till we needed to wake up and go to the airport again. If we had any questions, we'd just ask. No need for staff to offer so much info, or ask us if we wanted to eat at the restaurant (even at such a late night hour). The room was ok, but not the kind we would stay in for several days. It looked like it needed some renovation. All in all, we'd book again if we absolutely needed it for a night and nothing else cheaper was available. The price seemed way over for the value or quality. But this is London.
